• Emotional intelligence and strong service mindset.
• Must own a Mac OS device (MacBook, iMac, or Mac mini).
• Reliable high-speed wired internet.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes in a timely, accurate manner.
• Schedule new patient appointments and manage intake information in MacPractice.
• Maintain patient records and scheduling notes.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep provider schedule full.
• De-escalate scheduling, billing, or insurance concerns with empathy.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
