Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound patient calls promptly and professionally.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and scheduling messages accurately.
• Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments in MacPractice.
• Maintain accurate patient records and notes with HIPAA awareness.
• De-escalate scheduling or billing concerns with empathy and clarity.
• Coordinate with in-office staff to keep provider schedules full.
