Go Lean Health is seeking a polished Patient Care Communications Specialist in Mandaluyong. You will be the first voice for patients across calls, texts, emails, and scheduling workflows, delivering a warm, calm and professional experience in a high-volume clinic.

The role requires handling scheduling, intake data collection, follow-ups, and patient retention while maintaining HIPAA standards and coordinating with in-office staff. Flexibility to work Saturdays is needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with neutral accent.
• Strong written communication for SMS, email and patient messages.
• Experience in similar healthcare support roles (Virtual MA, Medical Receptionist, or Front Desk).
• Able to manage high call volumes in a fast-paced clinic.
• Empathetic, organized and detail-oriented contact with patients.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound patient calls professionally and promptly.
• Respond to texts, voicemails, emails, and faxes accurately.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments in MacPractice; collect intake information.
• Follow-up and reactivate inactive patients to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes; coordinate with in-office staff.
