Job summary

VXI Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Care Specialist fluent in Vietnamese to respond to customer questions about their accounts and to build strong relationships on every call.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or an equivalent qualification), on-site work, and eligibility to work in the Philippines. Candidates should be prepared for a fixed graveyard shift, and must hold a valid passport with at least one year before expiry.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Vietnamese: speaking and writing
• Completed bachelor’s degree in any field. Also open to:
• Senior High School graduate
• High School (old curriculum) graduate
• Preferably with outbound sales experience
• Amenable to work in fixed graveyard shift schedule
• Amenable to work onsite
• Must have eligibility to work in the Philippines
• Must hold a tourist visa; if formerly/currently employed with 9G visa, previous/current employer must downgrade it to Tourist visa
• Must have a valid passport at least 1 year before expiry
