Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking agents to deliver exceptional customer care from a structured call center in Metro Manila. You’ll respond to account questions, nurture relationships on every call, and document information to offer beneficial solutions.

Be ready to maintain high quality, follow security policies, and stay punctual in a fixed graveyard shift onsite. Ideal candidates have Bahasa Malay fluency, a relevant degree, and, preferably, outbound sales experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Malay (speaking and writing) required.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; college undergraduate or high school graduates considered.
• Outbound sales experience preferred.
• Willing to work a fixed graveyard shift schedule onsite in the Philippines.
• Eligibility to work in the Philippines and valid passport for foreign nationals.

• Grows and nurtures customer relationships on each and every call that results in

• Documents necessary account information and offer solutions that benefit the customer


• Maintains acceptable performance standards, including effectiveness, efficiency and quality.


• Upholds the client policies (call handing, password, security, systems, and confidentiality, etc.)


• Supports and adheres to company policies, requirements, and expectations


• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Bahasa Malay: speaking and writing
