Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Vietnamese bilingual CSR to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service while collaborating with cross-functional teams and solving real business problems.

Ideal candidates are native or fluent in Vietnamese with good English, open to fresh graduates, and legally eligible to work in the Philippines. Training is in English; experience in Collections or Order-to-Cash is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Vietnamese with professional communication.
• Conversational English; training and systems are in English.
• Open to fresh graduates; BPO experience not required.
• Legal eligibility to work in the Philippines; TRV holders allowed.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain reliable, scalable, user-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver outcomes.
