Qualifikationen

• Fluent in Vietnamese and able to communicate in English.

• Ability to understand complex conversations and implied meanings.
• Willingness to work in the Philippines with valid work visa or visa eligibility.

*Job Qualifications:*

• Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
• Speak fluently and spontaneously in the Vietnamese language
• Use the language effectively in a professional environment
• Understand complex and extended conversations, including implied meanings
• Working knowledge of English is needed; training and client systems are in English
• The primary language for customer interaction remains the languages specified
• Previous collections experience is highly preferred but not required
• Understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process is highly preferred but not required
• Candidate must be able to work in PH and with a valid working VISA
• Also accepts Temporary Resident Visa for non-Filipino applicants.
