Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Vietnamese bilingual CSR to join our team in the Philippines. The role focuses on delivering high-quality customer service while collaborating with cross-functional teams and solving real business problems.

Ideal candidates are native or fluent in Vietnamese with good English, open to fresh graduates, and legally eligible to work in the Philippines. Training is in English; experience in Collections or Order-to-Cash is a plus but not required.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated VIETNAMESE BILINGUAL CSR - Vietnamese to join our team. The ideal candidate will help deliver high-quality solutions while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires ownership, attention to detail, clear communication, and a practical approach to solving real business problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain reliable, scalable, and user-focused solutions.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented work following best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and improve overall quality.
• Track progress, communicate updates clearly, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualification

*Qualifications:
- Native / Fluent in Vietnamese - able to communicate naturally and professionally, even in complex conversations
- With conversational English skills (training and systems are in English)
- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience - fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Background in Collections or Order-to-Cash (O2C) is an advantage but not required
- Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines
- Open to foreign nationals holding a valid Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)
