Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Vietnamese-English bilingual customer support representative in the Philippines to assist Vietnamese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. You will resolve issues and document interactions to ensure timely, high-quality service.

You will collaborate with internal teams, meet KPIs, and adapt to shifting schedules. A reliable internet connection for work-from-home arrangements is preferred.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, tech support, or back-office is preferred but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using multiple applications and computer systems.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays if needed.
