Gratitude Philippines is hiring 6 Vietnamese-speaking customer service agents for on-site roles in Quezon City. The positions involve handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email in Vietnamese and English, with shifting/night schedules and opportunities to grow into permanent roles.

Candidates must be fluent in Vietnamese, with conversational English and eligibility to work in the Philippines. Freshers are welcome, and experience in collections or O2C is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Vietnamese with professional communication.
• Conversational English required; training in English.
• Freshers welcome; no prior BPO experience required.
• Collections or O2C experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the Philippines with valid work authorization.
• Open to non-Filipino applicants with Temporary Resident Visa (TRV).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Vietnamese and English across channels.
• Assist with account-related concerns, billing inquiries, service requests, and product information.
• Provide excellent customer experience while resolving issues efficiently.
• Document all interactions in company systems.
• Meet targets for quality, productivity, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
• Build trust and long-term customer loyalty.
