Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is hiring for a Multilingual Language - Vietnamese role, onsite in Quezon City. The position requires fluent Vietnamese with business English for client systems and training materials.

Availability ASAP with a September 2026 target start date; sign-on bonus of PHP 20,000 plus incentives is offered. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions across channels, providing bilingual support, and documenting all communications.

Qualifications

Fluent in Vietnamese with strong speaking and listening skills.
Working knowledge of English is required to use client systems and training materials.
Experience with Order-to-Cash processes is preferred but not required.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the Philippines and have a valid visa.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound interactions via phone, chat, or email.
Provide customer support in English and Vietnamese.
Assist with account inquiries, billing concerns, and product information.
Document interactions accurately in company systems.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction goals.
Contribute to a positive customer experience through professional communication.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operations.
