PSG Global Solutions, a Teleperformance company, seeks an experienced US Recruitment Specialist to support US hiring through talent identification, candidate assessment, and pipeline development. You will manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the process.

• Conduct market mapping and proactive outreach to engage passive talent.
• Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, availability, and role requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients within required timelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and sourcing systems.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
• Provide updates on sourcing activity and market trends.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has strong market knowledge, recruitment expertise, and the ability to handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct market mapping and proactive outreach to engage passive and hard-to-find talent.
• Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, availability, and role requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients within required timelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS and sourcing systems.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the sourcing and submission process.
• Provide updates on sourcing activity, candidate availability, and market trends.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in the US Market.
• Strong sourcing experience using job boards and proactive candidate engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to identify and attract specialized or hard-to-find talent.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong organization and ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience in RPO, staffing, executive search, or contingent recruitment is preferred.
• Experience in a placement-based recruitment model is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceutical, CRO, clinical research, or related industries is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with US regional labor markets, talent availability, and hiring trends is an advantage.
