Job summary

PSG Global Solutions Inc. in Makati seeks an experienced Senior Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring, build strong talent pipelines, and manage multiple recruitment needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will source candidates across job boards and social channels, conduct pre-screening, maintain pipelines, and keep stakeholders updated while meeting targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
• Proven sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and recruitment pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Results-driven, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• RPO or staffing industry experience is preferred.

• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and overall fit.

• Communicate hiring updates and candidate progress with stakeholders and clients.
• Support additional recruitment tasks and initiatives as needed.
