Job summary

PSG Global Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced US Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines to support US hiring through talent identification, candidate assessment, and pipeline development.

The role requires strong market knowledge, recruitment expertise, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an excellent candidate experience and timely updates to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the US market.
• Strong sourcing experience using job boards and proactive candidate engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to identify and attract specialized or hard-to-find talent.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong organization and ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience in RPO, staffing, executive search, or contingent recruitment is preferred.
• Experience in a placement-based recruitment model is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct market mapping and proactive outreach to engage passive and hard-to-find talent.
• Screen candidates based on qualifications, experience, availability, and role requirements.
• Present qualified candidates to clients within required timelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS and sourcing systems.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the sourcing and submission process.
• Provide updates on sourcing activity, candidate availability, and market trends.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
