Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is seeking an experienced recruiter specialized in EMEA healthcare recruitment to connect healthcare professionals with global opportunities.

The role is hybrid—3 days onsite at a PSG workspace—full-time with an ASAP start. You will source candidates through boards, social media, referrals, and ATS, conduct initial interviews, build pipelines, and ensure strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of healthcare recruitment experience supporting the EMEA region.
• Experience sourcing and screening candidates for healthcare positions.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with recruiters, hiring teams, and stakeholders.
• Nice to Have Recruitment experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
• Knowledge of EMEA healthcare hiring practices and talent market trends.
• Experience supporting high-volume or international recruitment.
