Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, INC (a Teleperformance company) is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for business clients. The role focuses on identifying top talent through multiple sourcing channels, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a positive, professional candidate experience.

The position partners with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, develops effective sourcing strategies, evaluates qualifications, and ensures timely delivery

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in corporate or professional hiring.
• Experience in BPO, RPO, staffing, or executive search is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing, candidate management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and multi-requisition handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to endorsement and hiring.
• Conduct assessments to validate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.

Job Description:

The Corporate Recruiter supports end-to-end recruitment activities by sourcing, screening, assessing, and endorsing qualified candidates for business client requirements. This role focuses onidentifyingtop talent through multiple sourcing channels, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering a positive and professional candidate experience.

The position partners with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements,developseffective sourcing strategies,evaluatescandidate qualifications and fit, andensurestimelydelivery of quality candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to candidate endorsement and hiring.

• Conduct candidate assessments to validate qualifications, experience, availability, compensation expectations, and role fit.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies and proactively headhunt hard-to-fill roles.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recommend qualified candidates.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide timely updates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records, monitor pipelines, and support recruitment reporting and other hiring activities.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in corporate, professional, specialist, supervisory, management, or executive hiring.

• Experience in BPO, RPO, staffing, recruitment firms, or executive search is highly preferred.

• Strong sourcing, candidate management, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

• Amenable to a hybrid setup in Ayala, Makati (3 days onsite per week).

• Open to a morning shift, primarily starting at 8:00 AM.
