Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, a Teleperformance company, seeks a Senior Recruiter in the Philippines to manage end-to-end recruitment, source candidates, and coordinate with hiring teams.

You will build sourcing strategies, deliver a positive candidate experience, and support staffing for diverse client projects. Hybrid setup after onsite training at Ayala Avenue, Makati, with a stable path to regularization.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO/call center experience (1 year for SHS grads/college undergrads), preferred
• Minimum 2 years of college education
• Excellent English communication skills
• A stable and relevant work history
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup after 100% onsite training in Ayala Avenue, Makati

Responsibilities
