Based in Makati, the position is full-time with a night shift and a mix of remote and onsite work (onsite for the first month).

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of professional recruitment experience supporting the US market.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, or shared services roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Nice-to-have: experience in staffing agency or RPO environments.
• Nice-to-have: recruiting for legal, paralegal, HR, finance/accounting, operations, administrative, customer support, or shared services roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from candidate sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and professional networking.
• Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidates against hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment activity.
• Manage multiple requisitions while meeting KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and candidate-experience expectations.
