Job summary

GoTeam is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a fast-moving agency team, working fully remotely during the night shift in the Philippines. You will source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple industries, maintain accurate CRM records, and help the team meet KPIs such as time-to-fill and placements, all while documenting thoroughly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in an agency environment.
• Experience delivering full recruitment cycles across multiple industries.
• Experience recruiting for professional, technical, and operations roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement and follow-up.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networks; maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Screen, assess, and present shortlisted candidates with concise summaries.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM/ATS and ensure compliance before placement.
