GoTeam is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer for a fully remote, night-shift role covering candidates across industries. You will own the full recruitment cycle from brief to placement, sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through post-placement follow-up.

Based anywhere in the Philippines, you will build an international candidate network, maintain accurate CRM/ATS records, write compelling job ads, and help the team meet KPIs while delivering fast, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Formación

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in an agency setting.
• Experience recruiting across multiple industries or specialist recruitment markets.
• Experience working for Australian or US-based recruitment agencies.
• Proven full-cycle capability: sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates across varied roles.
• Strong digital sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and database searches.
• Hands-on experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or ATS.
• High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline.
• Comfort working in a KPI-driven, commercially focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the talent pipeline and keep it full and aligned to client needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job brief to placement and follow-up.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, database searches, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline across multiple industries.
• Write and post engaging job ads that attract the right candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
