TalentTech Solutions - JSM (IT Talent Partner) is seeking a US Recruiter specializing in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the US market and recruit across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical, healthcare and life sciences roles from a remote setting in the Philippines.

• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and networking.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience managing multiple US requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment records.

Job Summary

We are seeking a US Recruiter specializing in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the US market and recruiting professionals across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical, healthcare, and life sciences-related roles.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring stakeholders to identify qualified talent for current and future requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer acceptance.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Recruit candidates within the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors, including roles across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical, laboratory, medical, and related functions.
• Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates based on client requirements, qualifications, experience, and role fit.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate information, recruitment activity, and documentation in the ATS.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and turnaround expectations.
• Meet agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards while providing a professional and positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide qualified candidate submissions.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience supporting the US market.
• Experience recruiting within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Clinical, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience within a staffing agency or RPO environment is highly preferred.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple US requisitions simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
• Strong candidate management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Willingness to work a US night shift schedule.
