TalentTech Solutions - JSM (IT Talent Partner) is seeking a US Recruiter specializing in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the US market and recruit across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical, healthcare and life sciences roles from a remote setting in the Philippines.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong candidate pipelines, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience supporting the US market.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Healthcare, Clinical, or related industries.
• Experience in a staffing agency or RPO environment encouraged.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and networking.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience managing multiple US requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment records.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Recruit candidates within Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against client requirements.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate info and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Handle multiple requisitions while meeting KPIs and SLAs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to submit qualified candidates.
