Qualifications

• Direct life sciences recruiting experience across pharma, biotech, medical devices or clinical roles.
• 2–3+ years full-cycle recruitment in staffing agencies.
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.
• Experience recruiting for the US market and US-based clients.
• Ability to screen by scientific background and qualifications.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP/GCP is a plus.
• Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS.
• Excellent English and candidate engagement.
• Comfortable with 9 AM–6 PM US Eastern Time (Philippines night shift).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist specialized talent.
• Coordinate with US recruiters and account managers.
• Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to offer.
• Support life sciences roles across pharma, biotech, medical devices.
• Meet deadlines and handle multiple vacancies.
