Lewis Personnel Management seeks a seasoned recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for professional and shared services roles across US markets. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline development while coordinating interviews and ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.

Based in Makati, the position is full-time with a night shift and a mix of remote and onsite work (onsite for the first month).

Formación

• 2–3+ years of professional recruitment experience supporting the US market.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, or shared services roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Nice-to-have: experience in staffing agency or RPO environments.
• Nice-to-have: recruiting for legal, paralegal, HR, finance/accounting, operations, administrative, customer support, or shared services roles.

• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment activity.
• Manage multiple requisitions while meeting KPIs, SLAs, quality standards, and candidate-experience expectations.

About the role

This role manages full-cycle recruitment for professional and shared services positions across legal, HR, finance, operations, administrative, customer support, and related functions.

Key responsibilities
