Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Senior Healthcare Recruiter with deep experience in US onshore recruitment to lead talent acquisition for Clinical/Allied Health, Nursing, Life Sciences, and Pharma roles.

You will verify state licenses, manage complex compliance, and build robust pipelines for high-volume staffing, travel contracts, and technical US talent. Remote-friendly in the Philippines with initial onsite month in Makati.

Qualifications

2+ years of dedicated, onshore US healthcare or life sciences recruiting experience (agency or corporate).
Experience managing requisitions across multiple US states with licensing/credentialing knowledge.
Proficiency with major US ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and healthcare-specific job boards/databases.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, interview and place candidates across US healthcare, life sciences, and pharma verticals.
Oversee US compliance, licensing verification and credentialing across states.
Build candidate pipelines for high-volume local staffing, travel contracts, and technical talent.
Manage VMS and sourcing tools for contingent labor and 13-week travel contracts.
Collaborate with US clinical directors and managers to align hiring strategies.
