Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Lean-Pro US Property Management / Multifamily Bookkeeper in Makati City, Philippines. You will support accounting and financial operations for a US-based property management business, handling property-level ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close.

The ideal candidate has experience with US property management and multifamily accounting, understands lease and rental transactions, and can report to US clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field.
• Experience supporting US property management, residential real estate, or multifamily accounting/bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for multifamily properties and apartment portfolios.
• Maintain General Ledger records across properties, entities, residents, and units.
• Manage AP/AR including invoices, coding, payments, rental receipts, and balances.
• Record and reconcile rent payments, deposits, and balance sheet items.
• Support lease-related accounting transactions (move-ins/outs, security deposits).
• Investigate discrepancies between records and management systems.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and monthly financial reports for month-end close.
• Ensure reports are accurate and delivered on deadlines.
• Communicate with US-based clients and finance stakeholders.
