Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Lean-Pro US Property Management / Multifamily Bookkeeper to support accounting for a US-based property management business.

The role focuses on keeping property finances accurate, organized, and client-ready by managing ledgers, reconciliations, AP/AR, lease transactions, and month-end close activities. Strong US-property experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Experience supporting US property management, residential real estate, or multifamily accounting/bookkeeping.
• Hands-on with GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for multifamily properties and apartment portfolios.
• Maintain accurate General Ledger records across properties, entities, residents, and units.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices, coding, payments, rental receipts, and resident balances.
• Record and reconcile rent payments, deposits, and balance sheet items.
• Support lease-related accounting transactions (move-ins/outs, deposits).
• Investigate discrepancies between records, PMS, and bank transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and monthly reports for month-end close.
• Ensure properties, ledgers, and reports are accurate and delivered on time.
• Communicate with US-based clients and finance stakeholders to provide updates.
