Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; associate degree with experience possible.
• US GAAP knowledge and general accounting fundamentals required.
• Experience with reconciliations, GL management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and key bookkeeping platforms.

Responsibilities

• Record and categorize daily financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date general ledger accounts.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and support closing processes.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable tasks and prepare basic invoices and bills.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting and audits.
• Communicate with clients on missing docs and transaction details.
