Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or Senior High School graduate.
• Open to Fresh Graduates and Career shifters.
• 6 months BPO or call center experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Handle customer inquiries through chat and email.
• Assist with flight bookings and hotel reservations.
