Job summary

Caldwell Communications is hiring a Customer Service Representative for Travel (Chat Support) in Cebu City. You will assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or Senior High School graduate.
• Open to Fresh Graduates and Career shifters.
• 6 months BPO or call center experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
