Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Learning Services Supervisor to oversee a team of Learning Services Specialists and ensure training tasks are delivered effectively.

You will support the Learning Services Manager in creating integrated learning solutions, design development plans, manage reporting, payroll coordination, and cross‑department collaboration to drive continuous improvement and staff growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Learning Services Team by setting weekly goals and monitoring performance against them.
• Allocates resources to deliver the required tasks.
• Coordinates with LS Supervisors in reserving and allocating training resources.
• Works with the Learning Services Coordinator in procuring and managing training supplies and funds for new hire classes.
• Oversees generation of training-related reports and data analyses.
• Manages data collation from multiple sources to support the LS team output.
• Develops recommendations to address account-specific issues and concerns.
• Ensures reports are processed, delivered, and documented per company policies.
• Assists in designing, implementing, and measuring training interventions and plans.
• Coordinates with other departments for requirements and support as necessary.
• Builds a robust reporting packet of training analytics for stakeholders.
• Maintains a reporting library and assists in business review presentations.
• Oversees execution of training deliverables and supervises training projects.
• Applies best practices in training as identified by the Learning Services Manager.
• Assists in certifying product knowledge of Learning Services Specialists.
