Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a training officer to deliver instructional sessions across center, community, and industry programs, including session planning, trainee evaluation, learner support, and trainer coaching.

You will develop and update learning materials, conduct assessments, build relationships with industry partners, prepare reports, maintain equipment, use ICT in training, and contribute to R&D for improved materials and delivery.

Qualifications

• Preferably TM1, NC and NTTC holder.
• Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing.
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• Must be physically fit with good moral character and work ethics.
• Good inter-personal relationships and work attitude.
• Advance Analytical Skills.
• Can work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Delivers instructional and learning sessions in core competencies across training programs with session planning, trainee evaluation, learner support, and trainer development.
• Develops and updates competency-based learning materials and LMS content using appropriate technologies.
• Conducts competency assessment through tests, quizzes, and program evaluations.
• Builds stakeholder relationships by coordinating with industry groups, NGOs, and partners.
• Prepares and consolidates reports and documentation and maintains relevant data.
• Performs maintenance and basic repairs of training equipment and facilities as needed.
• Utilizes ICT in training delivery using computers and multimedia equipment.
• Conducts research and development on instructional methods and technologies.
• Coordinates administrative and technical requirements for training programs and client support.
• Performs related work and other assigned tasks.
