Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Recruitment Trainer to lead onboarding, build recruiter readiness, and deliver ongoing development across recruitment functions. You will design programs, facilitate sessions, and ensure meaningful learning outcomes aligned with business needs.

You will partner with Talent Acquisition and Operations leaders to identify capability gaps, create learning interventions, and maintain training records using LMS and related tools.

Qualifications

• College graduate with relevant experience in training or L&D.
• Healthcare or recruitment training experience is a plus.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate structured training programs for recruitment teams.
• Conduct onboarding and skills training for new recruiters.
• Provide coaching during nesting to help new recruiters reach targets.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to address gaps.
• Maintain training materials, guides, and assessments.
• Use LMS and company technologies to support training delivery.
• Collaborate with TA leaders to align trainings with hiring goals.
• Maintain accurate training records and trackers.
