Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Ops Learning & Development Trainer to support frontline and operational teams in Manila and onshore sites. You will deliver Foundation Skills, program-specific training, and continuous learning sessions to maintain high performance.

The role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and knowledge of adult learning principles. You will coordinate schedules, materials, and training platforms while tracking learner progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Psychology, or related field preferred but not required.
3–5 years in Learning & Development, facilitation, or contact center operations.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

Deliver Foundation Skills, Program-Specific, and Continuous Learning training sessions.
Create engaging, interactive learning experiences for new hires and staff.
Coordinate schedules, agendas, and training materials.
Manage training logistics, platforms, and learning systems.
Track attendance, assessments, and completion metrics.
