Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• At least 2 years in Training.
• Must have been a Training Supervisor for at least 1 year.
• Telecom industry experience preferred.
• Strong curriculum development skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Training dept activities delivering programs responsive to client needs.
• Assist in strategic planning and fiscal management of the department.
• Receive training instructions from client and direct implementation of programs.
• Update and send Training reports to client covering progress, evaluation and audit results.
• Lead ramp-up and capacity planning, manage training timelines, headcount, logistics and billable hours.
• Initiate calibration sessions with clients to ensure consistency in performance standards.
• Develop long-term strategy and process improvements impacting Training.
• Execute tactical decisions based on pass-fail thresholds and training funnel data.
• Liaise with Operations, HR and Client Relations to achieve learning goals for campaigns.
• Manage and develop team through assessments, coaching and consultations.
• Evaluate staff performance with objective documentation and feedback.
• Conduct departmental meetings to update on issues and project updates.
• Enforce discipline and file incident reports as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
