Qualifications

• Requires proven people leadership experience, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
• Experience servicing Australian or global clients is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Ability to coach, mentor and develop individuals with varying skill levels.
• High reliability, adaptability and attention to detail are required.
• Collaborative approach to cross-functional work is important.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coach, and lead day-to-day team functions to deliver quality outcomes for clients.
• Document processes, drive improvement, and train through knowledge transfer.
• Engage with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage client engagement and feedback programs; advocate for client value.
• Drive performance metrics, handle escalations, and foster a high-performing culture.
• Support onboarding and staff growth as the team expands.
• Leverage AI tools like Microsoft Copilot to enhance day-to-day work.
