You will partner with regional stakeholders to design and implement development programs, monitor performance systems, and drive workforce planning to build future-ready leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Background in Human Resources or Talent Management.
• Experience designing talent development strategies.
• Strong knowledge of succession planning and leadership development.
• Skilled in performance management and workforce planning.
• Able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent management strategies aligned with objectives.
