Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to identify training needs aligned with business goals.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs and e-learning modules.
• Partner with subject matter experts to create content.
• Facilitate training sessions with active participation and engagement.
