You will oversee a team of trainers, design learning solutions, identify skill gaps, and drive continuous improvement in training effectiveness.

This role partners with business leaders to align training strategies with organizational goals while mentoring and developing helpdesk talent, leveraging LMS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BPO/Call Center training or Learning & Development experience.
• 3–4+ years of training management and leadership experience.
• Proven success in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training technologies.
• Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Advanced SQL proficiency for learning analytics and performance measurement.
• Advanced knowledge of APIs and system integrations.
