Job summary

New Energy Nexus is seeking a Junior Program Associate to support the New Energy Academy’s training programs across online and in-person delivery. You will manage learner coordination, training logistics, records, and partner communication to ensure smooth execution of sessions.

The role emphasizes learner support, platform navigation, and collaboration with instructors and partners in a hybrid work setting with occasional travel within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• High level of patience and empathy.
• Attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills across cohorts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Cebuano and Tagalog.

Responsibilities

• Learner Management: coordinate registration, onboarding, course completion and offboarding.
• Serve as the main contact for learners across online and offline programs.
• Provide first-level admin and technical support for learners including LMS access and registrations.
• Respond to learner inquiries via email, phone, chat and other channels.
• Assist with program registration, course selection and platform navigation.
• Identify barriers to learner participation and coordinate support.
• Support and host online and in-person trainings, including attendance and logistics.
• Record learner payments and maintain accurate payment records.
• Help develop and update training program documentation.
