Job summary

New Energy Nexus is seeking a Junior Program Associate to manage learner coordination, training logistics, and partner communications for the New Energy Academy in the Philippines. The role covers online and in-person delivery, requiring strong organization and multitasking skills.

You will support learners, instructors, and training partners, ensuring smooth program execution, with responsibilities spanning registration, course access, and session coordination across multiple cohorts.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• High patience, empathy and deadline awareness.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills for multiple cohorts.

Responsibilities

• Manage learner coordination from registration to course completion and offboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for learners across online and offline programs.
• Provide first-level admin and technical support for learners and escalate issues as needed.
• Support online/in-person training sessions, including attendance and logistics.
• Record learner payments and coordinate payment follow-ups with accuracy.
• Assist in developing training program documentation and partner communications.
• Support partner engagement and marketing activities as required.
