New Energy Nexus in the Philippines is seeking a Junior Program Associate to support the New Energy Academy's training programs, coordinating learners, logistics, records, and partner communications across online and in-person delivery.

The role ensures learners, instructors, and training partners have information and support they need for sessions to run smoothly, with emphasis on hybrid work and occasional domestic travel.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• High level of patience and empathy.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple cohorts.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Fluent in Cebuano, Tagalog and English.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Zoom and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Learner coordination from registration to course completion.
• Serve as primary contact for learners across programs.
• Provide first-level admin and technical support for learners and LMS access.
• Respond to learner inquiries via email, phone, chat.
• Assist learners with program registration, course selection, and platform navigation.
• Identify barriers to participation and coordinate support.
• Support online and in-person training sessions with logistics and coordination.
• Record learner payments and maintain accurate payment records.
