Job summary

New Energy Nexus is seeking a Junior Program Associate to support the day‑to‑day implementation of the New Energy Academy training programs. You will manage learner coordination, training logistics, records, and partner communication to ensure smooth online and in‑person delivery.

The role is full‑time and mostly virtual with occasional domestic travel for events; requires a bachelor’s degree and strong coordination skills in a multilingual environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent in Cebuano, Tagalog and English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, able to manage multiple cohorts, schedules and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage learner coordination through the training lifecycle from registration to completion.
• Serve as primary contact for learners across online and offline programs.
• Provide first-level administrative and technical support for learners (course access, LMS navigation, registrations).
• Respond to learner inquiries via email, phone, chat; escalate as needed.
• Assist learners with program registration, course selection, and platform navigation.
• Support and host online and in-person training sessions with coordination with instructors.
• Monitor attendance, safety compliance, and materials for hands-on training.
• Record and monitor learner payments and payment status; maintain records.
• Help develop and update training program documentation.
• Coordinate with partners and instructors for hands-on sessions.
