Job summary

New Energy Nexus is seeking a Junior Program Associate to support the New Energy Academy's training programs, handling learner coordination, logistics, records, and partner communication across online and in-person delivery. You will serve as the primary contact for learners, provide first‑level admin and technical support for LMS access, registrations, and platform navigation, and help host sessions.

Based in Visayas or Mindanao, this full‑time role is mostly virtual with occasional domestic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
High level of patience and empathy.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, and ability to manage multiple cohorts, schedules and tasks simultaneously.
Good written and verbal communication.
Fluent in Cebuano, Tagalog and English.
Proficient in productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Meet, Messenger).
Willing to support occasional in-person activities as part of a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

Manage learner coordination throughout the training lifecycle, from registration to course completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for learners across online and offline programs.
Provide first-level admin/technical support for learners (course access, LMS navigation, registration).
Respond to learner inquiries via email, phone, chat.
Assist learners with program registration, course selection, and platform navigation.
Coordinate attendance, logistics, and materials for hands-on training and sessions.
Record and monitor learner payments and status; coordinate follow-ups.
