New Energy Nexus seeks a Junior Program Associate to support the New Energy Academy's training programs in the Philippines. You will manage learner coordination, logistics, and records, ensuring smooth online and in-person delivery across programs.

The role is full-time and mostly virtual with occasional domestic travel, requiring strong organization, patience, and fluency in Cebuano, Tagalog and English. Hybrid work in Visayas or Mindanao is expected.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Manage learner coordination from registration to course completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for learners across online and offline programs.
• Provide first-level administrative and technical support for learners (course access, LMS navigation, registration).
• Respond to learner inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
• Assist in learner program registration, course selection, and platform navigation.
• Identify barriers to participation and coordinate support.
• Support online and in-person training sessions and logistics with instructors.
• Record and monitor learner payments and update records.
• Assist in developing training program documentation.
• Support partner engagement and NEA marketing activities.
