Job summary

New Energy Nexus Philippines seeks a Junior Program Associate to support the New Energy Academy's training programs. You will manage learner coordination, logistics, records, and partner communications, ensuring smooth online and in-person delivery.

The role emphasizes learner support, enrollment, and coordination with instructors. The position is full-time and mostly virtual with occasional domestic travel for events, requiring fluency in Cebuano, Tagalog and English and strong organizational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Fluent in Cebuano, Tagalog and English.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple cohorts.
• Proficient with common productivity and collaboration tools and platforms.
• Willing to support occasional in-person activities as part of a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage learner coordination throughout the training lifecycle from registration to completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for learners across online and offline programs.
• Provide first-level administrative and technical support for learners and LMS navigation.
• Respond to learner inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other channels promptly.
• Assist with program registration, course selection, and platform navigation.
• Coordinate hands-on practical training events and track attendance and safety requirements.
• Record and monitor learner payments and maintain accurate records.
