Job summary

New Energy Nexus is seeking a Junior Program Associate to support the New Energy Academy's training programs. You will manage learner coordination, logistics, records, and partner communication to ensure smooth online and in-person sessions.

This full-time role is mostly virtual with occasional domestic travel, requiring fluency in Cebuano, Tagalog and English, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate multiple cohorts and events across hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to meet deadlines in a hybrid work setup.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; fluent in local languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage learner coordination across the training lifecycle from registration to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for learners in online and offline programs.
• Provide first-level admin and technical support for learners including LMS access and registrations.
• Coordinate with instructors and training partners to run hands-on sessions and online workshops.
• Maintain learner records, assist in program documentation, and support payments tracking.
