Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a skilled Trainer to join our Mandaluyong City site on a full-time basis. You will design, develop and deliver training for new hires and existing staff across departments to ensure outstanding service standards and measurable performance gains.

The role requires expertise in adult learning principles, strong communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with LMS and content development. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in training, instructional design, or employee development in customer service or BPO environments.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional delivery techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to design training content using various tools and platforms.
• Experience with needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programmes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver training programmes for new hires and existing employees across various departments and functions.
• Assess training needs and tailor learning solutions to meet the specific requirements of different teams and business units.
• Conduct classroom-based and on-the-job training sessions, ensuring content is clear, relevant and aligned with organisational standards.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to continuously improve programme quality.
• Maintain detailed training records, documentation and reporting on participant progress and training outcomes.
• Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions.
• Support the onboarding process by delivering company orientation and role-specific induction training.
• Stay current with industry best practices, training methodologies and emerging trends in employee development.
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to trainees during and after formal training programmes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials, processes and delivery methods.
