• At least 1-2 years of trainer experience in a BPO environment.
• Experience facilitating training for Travel, Hospitality or OTA accounts preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in curriculum development, adult learning methodologies, and performance coaching.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training materials including presentation materials, training guides and manuals, course evaluations.
• Coordinate training schedule based on training requirements.
• Execute specialized projects and activities.
• Generate and initiate own workload.
• Supervise work of less experienced professionals and provide professional expertise.
• Take responsibility for the end-product.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of short-term activities within the team.
• Deliver professional responsibilities with a focus on professional excellence.
• Manage a team of Individual Contributor co-workers.
