Job summary

TeleTech Holdings, Inc. is seeking an onsite Learning and Development Trainer in the Philippines to welcome and guide new hires through the training process.

You will teach values, workspace tools, time keeping apps, and procedures, ensuring each employee starts their role confidently and expertly. You will report to the Manager, Learning & Development and help new hires succeed by teaching, testing, and monitoring attendance during training, while maintaining an engaging and inclusive learning

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months or more in training and adult learning or call center experience.
• Team building and nurturing an inclusive learning environment.
• Engage and support your trainees in making sure they have the proper tools and systems knowledge to accomplish day-to-day tasks.
• Computer experience
